The 22 year old Rich Kids Of Beverly Hills star, EJ Johnson is known for his diva attitude, bags that cost thousands of dollars (and that half of the women across the world can’t afford) and his taste for high fashion and class.
And so when it was announced that he would be undergoing surgery to shed off the weight (that clearly was in his way of transforming from mere diva to super diva) we weren’t in the least bit surprised.
And now the weight is off and he is all shades of amazing and… unrecognizable!

Great! All that fat couldn’t be doing the body good anyway.
