Nigerian excitement symbol, Charles Oputa prevalently known as Charly Boy, has expressed that defilement and exemption in administration have denied descendants of a rich presence in Nigeria as he drove adolescents to dissent in Owerri, the Imo State capital, against what he portrayed as terrible administration in Nigeria.
